Most organisations have some rules about who can make calls to where. It may be that your warehouse team can only make local and national calls and your accounts team can call local, national, and international calls.

Quick Guide:

  1. Log into https://portal.techconnections.co.nz > Voice tab and select the number you want to Restrict Outbound Calls.
  2. Select Outgoing Calls -> Authorisation PIN Code.
  3. Set your preferences.
  4. Click to Save
